An Ice Person: Unlike most of the dragons in this series that breathe fire, Councilor Kulde is an ice dragon.And while he may respect the rules as much as she does, he's not afraid to bend them once in a while for those who've earned it. Unlike her, he shows a genuine supportive side towards Jake, and sees a lot of potential in him. Distressed Dude: In "The Halloween Bash", he's captured by the Huntsclan and almost slain.Cool Old Guy: Zig-zagged, while he enforces the rules of the Order to the letter, Kulde is also substantially more pleasant and understanding than Chang, he’s even willing to bend the rules at times if the situation calls for it.
Blue Is Heroic: Kulde fits this to a T in season one, with both his dragon form and wardrobe being various shades of blue, while also being not only grounded, wise and definitively heroic, despite that he’s a bit of an Obstructive Bureaucrat at times.The Dragon of Europe and one of the members of the world's Dragon Council.
